My name is Bruce Jeansonne, an Atlanta Georgia transplant way of a very small town in south central Louisiana. Growing up in the Louisiana country provided me with the experiences hunting, fishing, and general outdoor activities. Yes, we ate most of what we hunted... and that included rabbit, squirrel, turtles, crawfish, and probably a few other species I should not let you on to! Back then, the choice of clothing was much more basic than today, about all we had access to was the good ole woodland pattern.
In the mid '90s and being a drummer in a country band, I had the opportunity to spend time overseas providing musically entertainment to our servicemen and women. These travels took me to Egypt, Turkey, Italy, Spain, Greece and later to Central America. This was a great two year experience for me, not only to see the world, but to be with the servicemen who protect our great country.
Fast forward to 2004 and the beginning of our online stores. Not satisfied with the way online stores seemed to operate and treat their customers, we knew we could give people more for there money than what was presently being offered. Our goal was simple... give you excellent service and respect, offer fast and reasonable shipping, and strive for 100% customer satisfaction, no different than if you were standing face to face with us in person. Today these goals are the same. We are here to answer questions about an item, your order, ship cost, or whatever you want to ask about. Call us just to talk about the weather if you want! Orders are normally shipped within 24-48 hours, sometimes sooner. No need to wait 3 weeks and then be told the item you ordered is out of stock. Not that we are perfect, but we do feel our line of communication is exceptional regardless of the issue.
