EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer a 14 day exchange policy for most items. All items returned to us for exchange MUST be in new, unused and unwashed condition. All ship cost associated with shipping an item to us for exchange is the responsibility of the customer. The ship cost associated with shipping the new item to you is paid for by us. We feel this is the most fair method of having both the customer and ourselves absorbing addition ship cost in item exchanges.

How To Return An Item For Exchange:
On the front of your Invoice, circle the item(s) you want to exchange.
Write down what you want: a different size, color, item?
Ship the items back to the Return Address below.
We typically ship exchange orders within 24hrs of receipt. If the item you want is not in stock, we will contact you.
We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number of the replacement shipment.

How To Return An Item For A Refund:
On the front of the Invoice, circle the item(s) you want to return and write “Return” next to it.
Ship the items back to the Return Address below.
When we receive your return, we’ll send a refund confirmation email.

About Your Return or Exchange:
We refund the original product cost.
If there is a coupon or discount on your order, we refund the original product cost less a pro-rated discount amount.
We do NOT refund the original shipping amount. We DO pay for Domestic Ground shipping of the replacement order.
Refunds can be applied to the original payment method only.
Refunds are processed within 24 hrs of receipt. Your credit card company determines how long it takes for the refund to appear on your account. Please contact your bank if you received a refund confirmation email from us but have not seen the refund on your account.
