RETURN POLICY
We offer a 30 day return policy on all items purchased unless noted in the description page of an item. All returns MUST be in original, unwashed and unused condition. Any item that is meant for consumption or is not in the original package will not be accepted for return. Original ship cost paid is non-refundable. All ship cost associated with returning an item is the responsibility of the customer.
If an item is returned to us for a refund and was shipped free, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund.
How To Return An Item For Exchange:
On the front of your Invoice, circle the item(s) you want to exchange.
Write down what you want: a different size, color, item?
Ship the items back to the Return Address below.
We typically ship exchange orders within 24hrs of receipt. If the item you want is not in stock, we will contact you.
We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number of the replacement shipment.
How To Return An Item For A Refund:
On the front of the Invoice, circle the item(s) you want to return and write “Return” next to it.
Ship the items back to the Return Address below.
When we receive your return, we’ll send a refund confirmation email.
About Your Return or Exchange:
We refund the original product cost.
If there is a coupon or discount on your order, we refund the original product cost less a pro-rated discount amount.
We do NOT refund the original shipping amount. We DO pay for Domestic Ground shipping of the replacement order.
Refunds can be applied to the original payment method only.
Refunds are processed within 24 hrs of receipt. Your credit card company determines how long it takes for the refund to appear on your account. Please contact your bank if you received a refund confirmation email from us but have not seen the refund on your account.
